How to eat healthy and cheap in travel

Some of you want to know how to eat healthy and cheap traveling. 1 mn read

First eat local food. There is no point having expensive pizzas/burgers when you have super cheap soups or tasty local dishes available all around.

The best and cheap restaurants are not ranked on localisation app. Just go and see for yourself. Preferably out of center town or touristic venues.

Pay attention to inhabitants lunch spots. It is always best quality value. They looked for it before you.
Don't hesitate to ask where to find the best spots. People always want to share their knowledge. Please them. If you don't speak the language use translation app or draw what you look for in a paper. You will be surprised how it works.

Go to to the grocery store and make yourself the sandwich or salad that you like to enjoy. You will find their tasty regional speciality as well.

Of course, if your hotel provide free breakfast. Enjoy it. It allows you to eat healthy food without being charged.

Please don't eat street food because it is not safe at all.

Beautiful spots of Paris France

If you come to the lovely Paris, Capital of France. Here are some landmarks that you do not want to miss.

The French opera house can be visited. The decorations and the architecture are stunning. Check the schedule. Find alonside The seine river wich is whirling its way across Paris.

Arc de triomphe, Is not so far away.  Full of history, located in the golden triangle, this monument is iconic. And the traffic around is super busy. Be careful. You will find the eternal flame just beneath.

Cathedral notre dame de paris, is the free typical stop. The architecture is stunning. It is a must see in spring because it is surrounded by lovely flowers.

Paris is such a trendy place, but the Eiffel tower, will always be the number one touristic spot. Advice : You can order your ticket online to skip the line.

Louvre museum is the place where you will find French history explained. A stunning  Egyptian collection is also a must see. And of course the pyramid,  the famous Joconde of Leonardo da Vinci, or the thinker of Rodin.

The Versailles castle is as well on of thhe most beautiful of The region. Located in the suburbs, depart really early in the morning to enjoy the visit after the huge line.

Tips to set your solo travel on the go

Since lost of you (on my instagram pole) prefer solo travel to group travel. Here are some tips to schedule and set your solo travel on budget. And on top of that, really quickly. (No work for you)

1. You can subscribe to discount air ticket club. Wait for the email to come and just go with the offer. There is a bunch of must go places, that you can use.

2. Couchsurfing is a great way to travel on budget, meet with inhabitants and have really  great connection with the country. Furthermore, your host will advice undiscovered country Jems. You don't wanna miss it.

3. Every one knows Airbnb for the best experience in a country. There is nothing better than a home abroad. Enjoy your host's advices.

4. Hostels are a good place to meet people, make friends and even go party with your roommates. As a solo traveler, you will enjoy having new friends all around the world.

5. Book your transportation quite early to avoid the fares to go up by the time you travel. (See my former post, for tips about budget travelling)

6. Some city visit card also allow travelers to use public transportations for free. So have a look and don't worry about roadmaps. You will have plenty of time to use buses and train without scheduling anything.

7. A lot of place are free to visit like, churches, museums, beaches... just pick.
